Founded

Keith Prowse was founded in London in 1830 by Robert Keith and William Prowse. Mr.Keith and Mr. Prowse were initially musical instrument makers, music sellers and publishers. They later began the business of reserving London theatre tickets in advance of performance to an elite clientele. In 1982, Keith Prowse began to market and sell tickets to worldwide entertainment events, in Ireland, in advance of travel.

Travel Direction Limited is a member of the ITAA – the Irish Travel Agents Association. The Irish Travel Agents Association was founded in 1971 and, since then, has represented Ireland’s Travel Agents and Tour Operators. The Association brings together approximately 100 member companies covering 140 branches in different towns and cities throughout the Republic of Ireland. All ITAA members are licensed and bonded and are committed to following the Association’s code of conduct.

Keith Prowse is also a member of Worldchoice Ireland, one of the most well established group of independently owned retail travel agents in Ireland.
